John Wade was a favorite at our conventions and concerts. One year we invited John to be our guest singer at the Church of God of Prophecy Region 5 Convention. John telephoned the Regional Office to ask if we could let a close friend of his sing instead. Regional Overseer Allan Sam told John that would be okay. John sent us a CD of Bro Paul Marlon Anderson as a testimony of Marlon's ability to sing. Marlon was a tremendous blessing in the convention and John also sang and blessed the congregation. In a time when everyone is so competitive, even in the house of the Lord, John knew there was enough room in the Kingdom of God for more than one singer. Bless you Wade family.
